William Campbell

William P. Campbell joined Elk & Elk in 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience fighting for injury victims and their families across Ohio. He focuses on medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, wrongful death, and serious personal injury. Bill earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1993 and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bethany College in West Virginia. His accounting background gives him an edge in cases involving economic damages, long-term care costs, and wrongful death claims. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the National Nursing Home Litigation Group.
