About Arthur Elk
Arthur M. Elk is a Founding Partner of Elk & Elk in Cleveland, Ohio. Two years out of law school, he was elected Ashland County's Prosecuting Attorney, serving two successive four-year terms and becoming one of the youngest prosecuting attorneys in Ohio history. He then entered private practice, representing medical malpractice and wrongful death victims for nearly five decades. Arthur is licensed in Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York and holds a Martindale-Hubbell rating of 4.4/5.0. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Mass Tort Trial Lawyers Association. He speaks both English and French.
