Joshua Farrell

Joshua D. Farrell joined Elk & Elk in 2025 as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2021, where he participated in moot court and mock trial competitions and won Best Brief, and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Cleveland State University. Before focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice he gained experience in various legal areas. Joshua is known for thorough preparation and a personalized approach to each case. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Kane County Bar Association, and CMBA.
