Necia Logan

Necia Logan is a Medical Malpractice Attorney at Farah & Farah's Tampa, Florida office. She brings nearly two decades of experience in medical malpractice work — 13 years on the plaintiff side prior to earning her law license, and 10 years in medical malpractice defense representing healthcare providers and institutions afterward. She has personal family experience with medical malpractice that informs her advocacy.

Logan also served as a law clerk with the Chief Judge in Hillsborough County, Florida.

She earned her B.S. in Criminology and Law and Justice Studies from the University of Tampa, an M.S. in Legal Studies from Purdue Global, and her J.D. with a litigation concentration from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
