About Carolyn Chopko

Carolyn (Carey) Chopko represents individuals and families catastrophically injured by birth and neonatal/pediatric negligence, as well as general medical negligence. She has secured several multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the region and across the country against obstetricians, pediatricians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Before law school, Carey earned a nursing degree from Villanova University and served eight years as an officer in the United States Navy Nurse Corps. She was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2013 to 2016 and every year since 2023, and a Pennsylvania Rising Star from 2007 to 2012. Carey obtained her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
