Daniel Klaproth

Daniel R. Klaproth represents individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect litigation. Dan joined Feldman Shepherd in 2023 after establishing a reputation as a formidable plaintiffs' attorney in complex nursing home neglect and abuse cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Throughout his career he has recovered millions of dollars for clients and has demonstrated a strong track record in appellate work before every appellate court in Pennsylvania, handling issues ranging from the validity of arbitration agreements to the propriety of compensatory and punitive damages. Dan earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and his B.A. from Temple University.
