About Andrew Mitnick

Andrew K. Mitnick has spent over 25 years litigating cases across Pennsylvania and New Jersey involving medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, and complex catastrophic injury matters. He also handles cases nationally on a pro hac vice basis in Florida, Illinois, New York, and Ohio. At Feldman Shepherd, Andrew has helped secure significant verdicts and settlements for his clients, including a $12 million settlement for the family of a child with kernicterus and cerebral palsy and a $9 million settlement for a man who suffered severe brain damage from a hospital's failure to monitor vital signs. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
