About Samuel Mukiibi

Samuel Mukiibi represents individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, consumer class action, whistleblower, and False Claims Act litigation. Sam joined Feldman Shepherd in 2023 with a distinguished reputation for tenacious advocacy on behalf of victims of injustice and vulnerable populations whose civil rights have been violated. His clients have included ICE detainees, a prisoner with acute schizophrenia who died by suicide in solitary confinement, students alleging Title IX violations, and students at a public HBCU alleging unequal treatment compared with traditionally white institutions. Sam earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he subsequently taught a Justice Lawyering Seminar, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland.
