About Peter Newman

Peter M. Newman represents clients in catastrophic personal injury cases including medical malpractice, product liability, complex personal injury, and wrongful death actions. He also handles claims against insurance companies for bad faith in adjusting or defending claims and for unreasonably denying disability benefits. Peter joined Feldman Shepherd after practicing at another prominent Philadelphia plaintiffs' firm. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Tulane University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and before multiple federal courts.
