S. Daniel Hutchison

Daniel Hutchison is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who has dedicated nearly 30 years of his career to helping people cope in difficult financial times. He is a five-term Gloucester Township Councilman in New Jersey and was elected in November 2023 to the New Jersey General Assembly to represent District 4. Dan earned his J.D. from Widener University Law School and his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rider University. He has served as the Gloucester County Regional Coordinator for the Financial Literacy Program and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
