Raquel Birch

Raquel Birch is a trial attorney at Freedman Law in Fresno, California, with more than 30 years of personal injury practice. She brings extensive knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies from her prior defense experience.

Birch earned her Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law and a Master's degree from the University of Utah. She is admitted to the California State Bar (Bar number 158315).

Birch began her legal career at McCormick Barstow, then spent five years with Sample & Birch, where she litigated hundreds of personal injury files with co-owner Rene Turner Sample. She also managed the Law Offices of Raquel Birch for over 20 years, specializing in insurance defense, before recently joining Freedman Law as a trial attorney.
