About Marco Bocciarelli

Marco G. Bocciarelli is a Strongsville, Ohio resident who attended Kent State University, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Akron School of Law, where he earned the 2002 CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and competed on a nationally recognized trial team that won multiple local and regional competitions. After law school he spent several years at a Cleveland-area firm defending automobile manufacturers, hospitals, and medical providers. In 2009, Marco shifted his focus to representing injured clients.

He joined Friedman, Domiano & Smith as a Senior Partner in 2017, and became Managing Partner shortly after. His practice covers personal injury matters including wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, natural gas explosions, premises and animal liability, and product liability. He has secured several million-dollar and multi-million-dollar results for clients. In 2020 he was named Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association, and The National Trial Lawyers.
