Jacob Green

Jacob Green is a dedicated attorney and advocate for people injured by the wrongdoing of others. He began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, serving in the Domestic Violence Unit and Adult Trial Section, where he led hundreds of felony cases involving charges from assault to attempted murder, gaining experience in investigations, charging, motion practice, and trial.

He transitioned to civil litigation representing plaintiffs, initially at another Manhattan firm before joining Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf. Over several years, he has represented survivors of sexual abuse under New York and New Jersey's revival statutes, effectively obtaining decades-old evidence for prosecution of revived claims.

Green earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where he directed Moot Court Competitions and competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Team. He was admitted to The Order of Barristers for excellence in trial and oral advocacy and brief writing. Post-graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Robert B. Reed, P.J. in New Jersey's Superior Court. He was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list in 2023 and 2024.
