Douglas Foster

Douglas Foster is a native of New Orleans. After serving in the U.S. Navy for four years, Doug returned to Louisiana to attend Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Political Communications. He then earned his law degree from Southern University. Doug has spent the past decade representing nearly all major insurance carriers in personal injury, property and casualty disputes with a particular focus on complex uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. During his career Doug has acquired an extraordinary amount of institutional knowledge of the insurance industry that he utilizes to serve his clients in pursuit of their recovery.

Doug has successfully litigated thousands of cases throughout the State of Louisiana, acquiring extensive trial and appellate experience. In addition to his Louisiana state court experience, Doug has litigated a multitude of cases at the Federal level within the State of Louisiana and across the Federal Fifth Circuit. Doug is married to Paula Ann Robertson of Thibodaux, Louisiana and together they are the parents of triplet boys. They are residents of Geismar, Louisiana and members of St. Mark’s Catholic
