José A. Oviedo

Jose A. Oviedo is a personal injury attorney at Gruber Law Offices, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He previously worked as a personal injury defense attorney before joining Gruber Law on the plaintiff side.

Oviedo earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School with a Sports Law Certificate, where he contributed to the Sports Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology magna cum laude from Florida International University, with a Certificate in Law, Ethics, and Society. He is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin and Florida.

A native Spanish speaker who emigrated from Cuba, Oviedo works with both Spanish and English-speaking clients. He founded a disability advocacy organization in Florida and is committed to community service.
