Richard Hess

Richard Hess is an attorney at Gruber Law Offices, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he has practiced since February 2004. He has successfully handled and resolved large personal injury cases exceeding $1 million, as well as smaller matters.

Hess earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990, where he was a member of the Psi Chi national honor society. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in 1995.

Hess began his practice in 1995 at a small general practice firm before gaining trial experience at an insurance company, where he learned claims-handling procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He was born and raised in Neenah, Wisconsin.
