About Bennett Baker

Bennett J. Baker earned his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and has been representing injured people since 1978. He works in GWC's Litigation division and has lectured at numerous seminars on personal injury and trial practice, chairing various bar association groups in those fields. His results include a $3.1 million settlement for a 39-year-old male pedestrian struck by a negligent driver, a $2.6 million settlement for a 35-year-old woman hit by a sheriff responding to an emergency call, and a $315,900 trial verdict for a union decorator who suffered a shoulder injury after being struck by a motorized cart at a Chicago convention center.
