Winston Moody

Winston W. Moody focuses on employment law and personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. in economics from the University of West Florida and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 2013. During law school he clerked for the firm, assisting in employment law matters. After becoming licensed, he represented personal injury plaintiffs in the Sacramento area before rejoining the firm in 2016. He has litigated successfully before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, the California Superior Courts, and the California Courts of Appeal.
