Tarik Habbas

Tarik R. Habbas, Esq. is an Attorney and Partner at Habbas & Associates who specializes in both personal injury and employment law. He became a partner at the firm in February 2024.

Habbas began his career as an associate attorney at Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, APC in Oakland, where he focused on employment law and personal injury matters for approximately three years. He joined Habbas & Associates in May 2019 and established the firm's Employment Law division. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases with recoveries in the six- and seven-figure range.

Habbas was selected to California Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and serves on the Board of Fellows at Santa Clara University.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2016 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Santa Clara University. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
