About John Hensley

John Hensley is the founder of Hensley Legal Group, PC, a personal injury and Social Security Disability firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born and raised in central Indiana, he opened his own law office in downtown Indianapolis in 1998 with the goal of providing quality legal representation to anyone seriously injured, regardless of income.

From that one-attorney start, Hensley Legal Group has grown to more than 150 attorneys and has served tens of thousands of injured clients. The firm now operates offices in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Hammond, Evansville, Muncie, Fort Wayne, South Bend, Greenwood, and Fishers.

Hensley earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1997 and his B.S. from Ball State University in 1994. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1997 and the Indiana bar in 1998. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
