About Spencer King

Spencer H. King is a personal injury attorney at Hensley Legal Group, PC in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability cases. He represents severely injured individuals against insurance companies and large corporations.

Born and raised in Florida, King moved to Indiana in 2003 to attend law school in Bloomington. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law (Maurer) in 2006 and his B.A. cum laude from the University of Florida in 2003. After law school, he began his litigation career in Indianapolis defending personal injury actions before joining Hensley Legal Group in 2010 to exclusively represent injured plaintiffs.

King is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana - all in 2006. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and named to The National Top 100 Trial Lawyers and The National Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers.
