Lou Britton

Lou Britton is an Indiana personal injury attorney at Hensley Legal Group, PC in Indianapolis. He has practiced since 2008, with approximately 15 years on the defense side before joining Hensley Legal Group in 2024.

Britton earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2008 and his B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2004. During law school, he served as Executive Production Director for the Indiana Health Law Review and received the Excellence in Editing Award.

Britton was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2008 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (2021). He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
