Shelley Gupta

Shelley Gupta is a personal injury attorney at Hensley Legal Group, PC in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she handles personal injury, car accident, and semi-truck accident cases. She has practiced since October 2012.

Gupta earned her J.D. from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 2012 and her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College in 2009. During her education she received the Joy Simonson Internship Grant from Bryn Mawr College and a Public Interest in Law Fellowship from Ohio Northern University College of Law.

Gupta is admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She serves as Co-Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association's Diversity Committee, completed the Indianapolis Bar Association's Leadership Series in 2018, and completed the Indiana State Bar Association's Leadership Development Academy in 2025. She is also active with the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program.
