Barkley Dale Heuser (1951-2024) was a Colorado Springs native and co-founder of Heuser & Heuser, LLP, alongside his brother Gordon Heuser.
Heuser was an accomplished trial lawyer known for his skill and compassion toward clients while mentoring younger attorneys. He was a founding member and president of the Legacy Society, an organization dedicated to supporting young lawyers.
