About Gordon Heuser

Gordon J. Heuser is a founding Partner at Heuser & Heuser, LLP in Colorado Springs. With nearly four decades of experience, he handles workers' compensation, car accidents, wrongful death cases, and complex personal injury litigation across Southern Colorado.

Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Heuser began as a solo practitioner in 1985 and co-founded the firm with his brother Barkley in 1996. He has argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

He is admitted to the Colorado and Utah bars and is a member of the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG), Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), Colorado Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), and El Paso County Bar Association.
