Clint Pierce

Clint T. Pierce began his legal career clerking for the United States Attorney's office and the Cook County State's Attorney's Office during law school, then worked as an Assistant State's Attorney for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office before joining Hurley McKenna & Mertz. As a prosecutor, he represented victims of crime and developed a commitment to securing justice for people during difficult circumstances. Pierce graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign with a double major in Political Science and Psychology, earning a place on the Dean's List every semester. He attended DePaul University College of Law, where he earned CALI awards for the highest grade in his class in five courses including Trial Advocacy, Litigation, and Evidence, and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class. At Hurley McKenna & Mertz, he represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse, sexual abuse, product liability, construction accidents, and personal injury matters.
