About Alexander Limontes

Alexander J. "Alex" Limontes is the Managing Partner of Hurst Limontes LLC in Indianapolis, where he focuses on plaintiff's personal injury work. He has managed the firm (now known as Hurst Limontes LLC) since 2019.

A first-generation bilingual attorney of Cuban descent originally from Florida, Limontes came to Indiana in 1999 to play football at Hanover College. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007. After law school, he began his career as a trial attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency, then returned to work with Bill Hurst in 2011.

He is licensed to practice in Indiana and Florida and is a Certified Civil Mediator. He speaks Spanish fluently and has worked with the Hispanic community in Indianapolis for many years.

Limontes was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 to 2020 and a Super Lawyer from 2021 to present. He has been named to Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News and World Report from 2019 to present. In 2015, he received the ISBA Trailblazer - Abriendo Caminos Award from the Latino Affairs Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association.
