About William Hurst

William W. "Bill" Hurst is Of Counsel at Hurst Limontes LLC in Indianapolis, the firm he founded in 1981. He has limited his practice to personal injury cases for more than 35 years and has represented thousands of accident victims, obtaining hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on their behalf together with his Partner Alexander J. Limontes.

Hurst became a licensed attorney in 1966, graduating with honors from Indiana University School of Law.

He is a Director Emeritus of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since its inception and selected as an Indianapolis Monthly Super Lawyer every year since 2004. He has been named to the American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Lawyers and received the Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
