About Joseph Wade

Joseph Wade is a Senior Trial Attorney at Isaacs & Isaacs, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, and sexual abuse cases, with particular expertise in catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters.

Wade earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

An Indianapolis native, Wade has dedicated his career to representing injured individuals against large corporate and governmental entities. He serves as counsel to domestic violence victims in Hamilton County through the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and actively supports Dad's Matter, a nonprofit promoting responsible fatherhood.
