Robert Ott

Robert Ott is a Senior Trial Attorney at Isaacs & Isaacs, focusing on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence.

Ott earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2007 and his undergraduate degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY on an Army ROTC scholarship. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida.

He began his legal career at a boutique medical malpractice defense firm, where he developed litigation skills including case preparation and trial work. He subsequently joined a large regional civil defense firm, continuing to try cases in state and federal courts. He has successfully argued before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Following his ROTC commission, Ott attended jump school at Fort Benning and was assigned to Fort Knox, Kentucky, before pursuing his law degree. His honors include Best Lawyers of America, Kentucky Super Lawyers, and being named twice to the Kentucky Most Prolific Trial Attorneys list.
