Lindsey Hemsell

Lindsey Hemsell is the Managing Attorney for Pre-Litigation at Isaacs & Isaacs, focusing on automobile negligence claims, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, personal injury, wrongful death claims, and medical negligence.

Hemsell earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1991 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas in 1986, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Hemsell has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognizing attorneys who have litigated cases to verdicts or settlements of at least $2 million.
