Behmanesh earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where she received Moot Court Honors and Order of the Barristers, and her Bachelor's degree summa cum laude from UCLA. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.

A Los Angeles native, Behmanesh externed at the UCLA Title IX Office and at the U.S. Federal District Court for the Central District of California under Judge John A. Kronstadt. She reached the finals in the Roscoe Pound Semi-Finals competition. Before personal injury practice, she worked on consumer protection and data privacy matters.
