Laura Davidson

Laura Lynn Davidson is a Partner at Jacoby & Meyers, specializing in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and motor carrier cases.

Davidson earned her Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law, where she served as Chief Production Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Women's Studies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Geography & Environmental Studies from UCLA. She is admitted to all California state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

With 25 years of legal practice, Davidson began her career in business and tax litigation at a boutique Los Angeles firm before joining Jacoby & Meyers. She has secured millions in client recoveries including numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements, and has been selected to Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers annually since 2022.
