Michael Feldman

Michael S. Feldman is a Partner in the firm's Litigation Department, joining Jacoby & Meyers in 1992. He serves as Director of the Truck Accident Trial Group and is Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. He sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the American Association of Justice and the Association of Plaintiff's Interstate Trucking Lawyers. He has lectured on nursing home litigation, trucking litigation, and trial advocacy at numerous bar associations and colleges.

He has been named a Top 100 Lawyer in New York by National Trial Lawyers and is a certified life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been named a SuperLawyer by Reuters and designated Top Lawyer in the New York Metropolitan Area by the American Registry. He also serves as a Veterans Administration Arbitrator.
