Katherine Jarve

Katherine M. Jarve is a partner at Jarve Granato Starr, LLC, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and medical malpractice. She was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2013. Jarve began with the firm in 2006 as a summer intern during college, then worked as a part-time law clerk throughout her three years of law school. During law school she also interned for the Honorable Georgia M. Curio, A.J.S.C., in the Superior Court of Cumberland County, New Jersey.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University in 2010, spending a semester abroad at the American University of Rome in the fall of 2008, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in May 2013, during which she also studied international law at the Universite de Lausanne in Switzerland. She is a monthly contributor to a publication for InStride Law. Her case results as lead or supporting counsel include a $5.045 million recovery in 2024 for a minor and the estates of his parents involved in a tractor-trailer accident, a $400,000 settlement for a nurse who slipped and fell on an icy walkway at work in 2022, and a $265,000 settlement for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in a hardware store parking lot in 2023.
