Joshua Decker

Joshua G. Decker is a Springfield Partner at Johnson, Vorhees and Martucci. He earned a B.A. from Missouri State University in 2006 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009. After beginning his career representing insurance companies, Decker transitioned to plaintiff-side advocacy after observing how unfairly injury victims were treated.

He handles trucking accidents, vehicular accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases. Decker is admitted to practice in Missouri and Arkansas. He received the top overall score on the Arkansas Bar Exam in 2010, was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2015 through 2021, and was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer in 2021.
