Patrick Martucci

Patrick Martucci is a Partner at Johnson, Vorhees and Martucci. He earned a B.A. with Highest Honors from the University of California, Davis in 1990 and a J.D. cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1993. Martucci handles serious injury and wrongful death cases, car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical negligence, construction injuries, dangerous property, defective products, and insurance claims. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Lawyer from 2015 through 2022 and as a Top 25 Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyer in 2022. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating and was named Man of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2000.
