Bill Karns

William "Bill" Karns is a Trial Attorney and co-founder of Karns & Karns Personal Injury and Accident Attorneys, where he practices alongside his brother Mike Karns. He specializes in major personal injury cases involving defective products, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, train accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, brain injuries, and insurance bad faith litigation, as well as business torts such as breach of contract and fraud.

Karns earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2005 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. He is admitted to the California State Bar (Bar number 238599).

Karns is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California, and has been elected to the Board of Governors of CAALA and the Board of Directors of CAOC. He serves on CAALA's Education Committee and was the 2011 Vice Chair of the New Lawyers Committee. He was selected as a 2011 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
