About Stuart Talley

Stuart Talley's legal career has focused on class action, mass torts, and other complex litigation. Working in private practice and as court-appointed counsel in high-profile cases, he has been particularly successful in matters involving dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, defective medical devices, abusive nursing homes, wildfire injuries, and consumer class actions covering insurance products, defective vehicles, real estate fraud, wage-and-hour violations, and false advertising. Stuart received the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association Award of Merit for his leadership in the landmark Wedding v. CalPERS class action. He has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2015 and a Top Lawyer by Sacramento Magazine. He graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also won a first-place writing award from the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
