Jennifer Eberle

Jennifer M. Eberle is a Tennessee trial attorney with nearly 20 years of experience in health care liability and litigation. She grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee, and attended Austin Peay State University before earning her J.D. with honors from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2001. Her career began on the defense side, where she represented hospital systems, individual physicians, and other health care providers in medical liability cases across Tennessee, and served as local counsel in large-scale medical device and pharmaceutical MDL matters.

She now represents victims and families at Kinnard Law in cases involving medical malpractice, hospital liability, and product liability. She has been named to Best Lawyers in America since 2022 and to Mid-South Super Lawyers in 2026, and is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Belcourt Theatre and holds a WSET Level 2 Award with Distinction in Wines.
