Mark Fuchs

Mark Fuchs graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in Economics, and began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He later earned both his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business. After law school, Fuchs practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York City, where he litigated complex commercial disputes for some of the world's most prominent companies and entrepreneurs. At Kline & Specter, Fuchs works on the full range of areas of concentration of the firm, including medical malpractice, product liability and sexual assault. He is committed to using his legal skills to help injury victims seek justice and accountability and takes pride in standing up for individuals and working to make communities safer.
