About Casey Day

Casey T. Day is a Partner at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, focusing on workers' compensation law. She joined the firm in 2018 with a strong history in workers' compensation law for both the defense and plaintiff sides, plus experience in employment and labor law matters.

Day earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from the UNC School of Law at Chapel Hill.

Before joining Farrin, Day worked as an Associate Attorney at Midkiff Muncie & Ross (civil litigation and risk management) and at Oxner + Permar (workers' compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability).

She is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. She is a member of North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
