Emily Fertig

Emily Fertig is a Personal Injury Attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. She has practiced personal injury law since 2014 and joined the firm in 2019. She works to guide clients through the legal process and fight for the relief they justly deserve.

Fertig earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson in 2013, where she received the Henderman Law Scholarship for outstanding academics.

She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Durham County Bar Association.
