Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer A. Taylor is a Partner and Vice President of Operations and Compliance at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. She also serves as Intake Administrator and Co-Counsel Liaison. She joined the firm in 2017 and was promoted to Partner in 2024.

Taylor has more than 15 years of experience in personal injury law, Social Security Disability, domestic violence law, family law, and employment law. She began her career at Legal Aid of North Carolina and spent a decade representing clients before the Social Security Administration. In her current role, she helps drive innovation and growth while reinforcing the firm's highest ethical standards and ensures the firm's trust accounting complies with all ethical requirements.

A native of North Carolina, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law.

In 2025, she was named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly's "50 Most Influential Women" list for her leadership.
