Kiara Vasquez

Kiara Vasquez is a bilingual Personal Injury Attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, with extensive experience advocating for vulnerable communities. She joined the firm in 2025.

Born in Chicago to Guatemalan immigrants, Vasquez moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in high school. She has experience representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Court, and the North Carolina State Court.

Vasquez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2013 and her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law in 2017.

She is admitted to the North Carolina Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
