Todd Rigby

Todd Rigby is a litigation attorney and trial counsel in the Phoenix office of Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. With more than 30 years of tort and commercial litigation experience, he has tried hundreds of complex cases. He specializes in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, product liability, and hospitality liability cases. Todd has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, obtaining favorable verdicts in cases ranging from premises liability matters to commercial vehicle negligence claims, and also represents clients at the appellate court level.
