Eric Lubin

Eric H. Lubin is the managing partner and chair of the Commercial and General Litigation Department at Lomurro Munson LLC. His practice encompasses corporate litigation, trusts and estates disputes, personal injury, contract matters, employment litigation, and criminal defense. He also provides transactional counsel and business advisory services and serves as in-house counsel for multiple companies. His courtroom results include a $3.4 million fiduciary abuse verdict in a hedge fund trustee matter, a six-figure corporate espionage verdict under the New Jersey Trade Secrets Act, a six-figure law partner dissolution verdict, and an appellate win requiring bank indemnification. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012 and 2013. He earned his J.D. from Widener University in 2007 and his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004, and he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2007.
