Andrew Cioffi

Andrew Cioffi serves Of Counsel at Maginnis Howard in Raleigh, North Carolina. With more than 36 years of legal practice, his work focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, and alternative dispute matters.

Cioffi earned his B.A. in Rhetoric/Public Address and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1981, and his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1985.

He is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, the 10th Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He served as Past President and Board Member of the Susie Sharp Inn of Court (2012-2018) and as a member and Past Chair of the Wake County Bar Memorials Committee (1999-2018).
