About Rachel Mosser

Rachel Mosser is an attorney at Maginnis Howard, where she handles personal injury cases throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Her practice covers personal injury, daycare negligence, wrongful death, automobile accidents, dog bites and animal attacks, and tractor-trailer wrecks.

Mosser earned her B.A. in English and B.S. in Criminal Justice & Criminology from the University of South Carolina in 2017, and her Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2020.
