Christopher Bagley

Christopher Bagley is an attorney at Maginnis Howard in North Carolina, where his practice focuses on consumer protection, class action lawsuits, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act matters, and mass torts. He has represented consumer plaintiffs throughout North Carolina since 2017.

Before law school, Bagley spent over a decade in business journalism and public relations.

He earned his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College, an M.J. in Journalism from the University of California at Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2016.

He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of North Carolina, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Second Circuits.
